Parents:

I need to know who needs rooms for the Atlanta tournament ASAP!  Date of the tournament is Sept. 3-6.  If we make it to Finals, we will play on Monday, Sept. 6.

I will let you know hotel details and how to book your room(s) when I hear back from the housing company.

Also, let me know if any player will need a ride and/or roommate.

July dues are due this week.  Our dues are going to be $60/month.  They are due by the 15th of the month.  However, this first month we’ve always been later in collecting because of registration fees and just getting started.

Due dates are:
July 15
Aug 15
Sept 15
Oct 15

This $60/month is mostly an estimate at this point, but this is our starting point to make sure we have enough in our team account to do what we plan on doing.

We did not fund raise like we have in the past so it shows in the increase.  The $60 could change if we do more fundraising and/or don’t do as many tournaments/games as we have estimated.  We will make adjustments, either up or down depending on our situation, and let you know.
