You must check in at least 1 hour before your first game.

Registration for the 2010 Summer Shootout will be at the Rotary Soccer Park in Smyrna.

The Registration tent will be open for team check-in during the following hours:

Friday, August 20, 2010; 4:30pm-8:00pm
Saturday, August 21, 2010; 7:00am-1:30pm  (After 1:30pm you may check-in at the concession office)

You will need to bring:

• Five (5) copies of your roster, including player jersey numbers
• Laminated player cards with pictures
• Medical release forms for each player
• Out of state travel permission form

Any guest players must be listed on your roster when your team checks in.
If you have multiple teams, the game cards must stay with each individual team so that they are available to the Field Marshal at the start of each game.
