2025 Spring Shootout Tournament Update

Our Tournament Committee met this morning (March 13, 2025) to discuss the status of our event for this weekend. Unfortunately, the threat of severe weather for much of the weekend, and all day Saturday, has simply not subsided. We hoped as we got closer to the event, the forecast models would improve. They regrettably have not. With so many teams traveling to Middle Tennessee, it was only prudent to make the call before travel began and while travel arrangements could still be modified. Ultimately, we have made the decision to cancel the Stones River FC Shootout for 2025. 

Stones River will be issuing full refunds of registration and parking fees. We will begin this process in the next 24-48 hours. Please note that reversing transactions in Sinc can sometimes take 5-7 business days to show up on your bank accounts once we begin that process. If you paid by check and would like to designate an address other than the address on your manager’s account in Sinc Sports, please email doc@stonesriverfc.org with that information.  

Lastly, we would like to sincerely thank you for wanting to be part of our event. We take pride in being good hosts and regret that we will not be able to do so this Spring. We would love to see all of you back next Spring or at the Stones River Invitational in November.
